Mads Gamdrup

Mads Gamdrup (1967, Denmark) has worked for the last years with the potential of monochromatic photography and its strength as artistic statement in relation to a number of phenomena, such as distance, transparency, spirituality and materiality. Since 2006, Gamdrup has been professor at the Department of Photography at Trondheim Academy of Art, where is head of Department today.
